FAQ's

Do you
offer financing?

Yes! We do! Unlike many other dealerships, we also do not mind if you prefer to use your own financing! We want you to choose the option that is right for you! Financing rates change and are based on your personal credit score and Debt-to-Income ratio. Check out this link for more information on financing: INTERESTED IN FINANCING?.

Are we free to browse?

Absolutely! We think buying a camper should be as fun as using one. We don't have any commissioned sales people and will let you look on your own, unless you prefer to have someone with you to answer questions. We feel you should be able to stand in the shower, check out the bed length and sit at the tables without that awkward sales person standing over you. You're welcome to come and look around anytime!

What if you don't have what I'm looking for?

Inventory changes frequently, so if we don't have what you're looking for today, feel free to come check again! We also do our best to keep the website updated! We have agreements with the brands we carry, which means we can order anything from those lines. But it also means we cannot order product in a different brand. However, many brands do make the same, or similar, floorplans. So, check with us if you see something in another brand. We may have a similar floorplan already on order! Or we may be able to order it! Don't hesitate to ask!

What can
I tow?

We see a lot of vehicles, and we can guess closely what you can tow, but it's important to be exact so you don't choose a camper that isn't right for your tow vehicle. The best way to know is to call the manufacturer of your vehicle with your exact VIN number. Ask them what the "tow capacity" is... that is NOT the same as the GVWR. GVWR is how much your axle can hold on your vehicle... so how much stuff you can pack in your vehicle. What you can tow BEHIND your vehicle is a different number.

ALWAYS give yourself extra room between what the trailer weighs and what you can tow. The dry weight of a camper does NOT include the battery and box, the propane tank, the fresh, gray and black tanks underneath (when they are full) and the stuff you will pack in it. On average, we like to see 1,000 pounds between what you can tow and what the camper weighs, then go up or down from there. We have some small campers with small black tanks that really only need 300 pounds difference. And we have some much larger, longer campers that really need 1,500 pounds difference. Obviously, the more room you give yourself, the better! Towing is probably the most stressful part about camping, so make sure you feel comfortable with the weight of the camper. If it's stressful to tow, you won't go as frequently! You also don't want to limit yourself from going to the mountains, and you don't want to strain your tow vehicle! If in doubt, ask! We are happy to help you navigate this!
